Please note that due to the individual customization of your wheels according to your specifications, our company does not have a general return policy for personalized wheels. It is crucial that you carefully review all details before placing an order to ensure that the personalized wheels meet your expectations.

Return Policy

A return is applicable only in the following case:

1. Deviation from the Confirmed 3D Design

   • You received a 3D drawing of your personalized wheels before production.
   • If the delivered wheels do not match the confirmed 3D design, you have the right to return the wheels.

Procedure for Returns

1. Notification

   You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the wheels about any discrepancies from the confirmed 3D design.

2. Documentation

   Please document the discrepancies with clear pictures and a detailed description, and send this information to [your contact email].

3. Confirmation and Return

   After reviewing your documentation, we will inform you whether the return is accepted. In the case of an approved return, you will receive further instructions for returning the wheels.

Note

• Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Modifications and reductions are excluded from the return policy.
