These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://cookeforged.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products from CookeForged (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Our wheels are custom forged and manufactured to order based on the specifications you provide, including diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, finish, and fitment details. Because each set is produced specifically for you, production cannot begin until your specifications are confirmed, and custom Orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started. Please review your configuration carefully before approving it.
By placing an Order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where product or pricing information was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment, or an agreed deposit, is required before production begins. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and fitment information. While we are glad to advise on fitment, final responsibility for confirming that the specifications are correct for your vehicle and intended use rests with you. We are not liable for fitment issues that result from inaccurate information supplied to us.
Estimated production and lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments on arrival and report any transit damage promptly.
Because our Products are custom made to order, cancellations, returns, and refunds are limited. Please review our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms, for full details on when cancellations or returns may be accepted.
Our wheels are manufactured to high standards for their intended road and show use. Any applicable warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing or off-road abuse, road hazards, curb damage, or modification. Wheels must be installed by a qualified professional using the correct torque specifications.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an Order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
